UX Writing workshop special guest interview
In the upcoming part 2 UX Writing workshop, we have special guest, Sr UX Writer Katrin Sutterlin (wefox, a German Insurance firm). Here is an extended interview (shared only here) with her as she discusses UX Writing in the context of supporting Neurodiversity.
What is Neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity is a current term covering Cognitive Disabilities. It is important to accessibility and inclusive design efforts. For example, Elon Musk recently shared that he has Asperger’s syndrome (on the Autism Spectrum Disorder).
“Neurodiversity refers to the virtually infinite neuro-cognitive variability within Earth’s human population. It points to the fact that every human has a unique nervous system with a unique combination of abilities and needs.”
UX Writing for Neurodiversity
Neurodiverse folks need additional support in UX writing and UX design. In this UX Writing workshop (part 2/3) we will focus on how to support Cognitive Disabilities.
