We start the new year by continuing our deeper dive into aligning vision and values at the product and experience levels.
Why talking about Values & Vision matters: Now more than ever, we need a more precise definition of values and vision for products and services. In navigating complexity, clarity of why and how matters. Values shape our behaviors; vision aligns our direction. All too often, teams treat both as inherent in backlog conversations or implied on roadmaps. They are not. It’s time we clarified what’s important to us and what direction we are forging.
If your team struggles with alignment, purpose, or direction, this series will offer practical, grounded approaches to reconnect with what matters and where you’re headed.
